- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great doctor. Very understanding and truly listens to your thoughts and concerns. One thing however that is very bothersome is the wait time and prior authorization. It is very frustrating to wait more than 2 weeks for a PA for medication and to be told that that is a favor that the staff does for us and not something they had to do. I understand being busy but 2 weeks is definitely a stretch.January 30, 2017by J L
